Taste of Gujarat Brings Regional Gujarati Cuisine to Las Vegas Restaurant Week in Support of Three Square Food Bank

Las Vegas, NV - May 26, 2026 - Taste of Gujarat, a family-owned restaurant in Silverado Ranch specializing in Gujarati cuisine and vegetarian-forward Indian dishes, will join Las Vegas Restaurant Week from June 1-12, 2026, with two prix fixe dinner experiences designed to showcase regional Indian cooking while supporting Three Square Food Bank and Southern Nevada’s fight against hunger and food insecurity.

Las Vegas Restaurant Week is an annual community initiative that brings together restaurants and diners through specially curated menus benefiting Three Square Food Bank. Participating restaurants donate a portion of proceeds to support hunger relief efforts throughout Southern Nevada.

While many diners are familiar with broader Indian restaurant menus, Taste of Gujarat has built its identity around regional Gujarati cooking, a style of cuisine known for its vegetarian foundations, homestyle preparation, and dishes less commonly represented throughout the Las Vegas dining scene.

The restaurant will offer two dine-in Restaurant Week dinner experiences.

The $40 vegetarian dinner menu includes a first-course choice of Khaman or Batata Vada, followed by entrée options including Surti Undhiyu, Aloo Gobi Matar Tamatar, Chole Chana Masala, and Paneer Tikka Masala. Guests may choose either Sheera or Gulab Jamun for dessert. Entrées include a choice of plain basmati rice or garlic naan.

The $50 non-vegetarian dinner menu includes a choice of Masti Chicken Kabob or Shrimp Masala Fry for the first course, followed by Chicken Tikka Masala, Butter Chicken, Goat Curry, or Egg Curry. Guests may also select Sheera or Gulab Jamun for dessert. Entrées include a choice of plain basmati rice or garlic naan.

“We’ve always believed food creates connection,” said Himan Patel, owner of Taste of Gujarat. “Restaurant Week gives us the opportunity to support a community that has supported us while also sharing dishes and flavors that many people may be experiencing for the first time.”

Taste of Gujarat opened with a goal of bringing traditional Gujarati cooking and familiar Indian staples together under one roof. Restaurant Week allows guests to experience both regional specialties and classic dishes while participating in a citywide effort supporting a local cause.

Las Vegas Restaurant Week is held annually and encourages diners to explore local restaurants while supporting Three Square Food Bank through participating menu offerings.
