What is it? A family-owned Indian restaurant serving traditional Gujarati cuisine in the atmosphere of a bazaar.
Why we love it: This Silverado Ranch restaurant is full of surprises the moment you step in the door. Once inside and past the “Namaste” neon greeting, you enter a glowing lantern lounge before it's off to the main dining room. Gujarati cuisine is mostly vegetarian. A good idea is to start with the soft, fluffy khaman bread and go from there. Non-vegetarians will find tandoori chicken, lamb samosas, and shrimp masala.
Time Out tip: If the weather cooperates, they have an outdoor patio.
